The Boathouse Youth

The Boathouse Youth (BHY) is a youth charity working with children and young people who are facing disadvantages, mainly deprivation. All services and activities provided are free of charge. The BHY provide youth club facilities, educational and recreational activities. Programmes include:
- Pathway: A nurturing service providing children with complex needs with therapeutic and holistic activities in a supportive environment
- HAF: Providing activities during school holidays such as rock climbing, magic shows, sports, games, and inflatables etc
The BHY have two locations, in the Bloomfield ward and the Grange Park estate.

The A Team
The A Team website
The A-Team Youth Group is for young people aged 11 to 25 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder. No formal assessment is required to attend this group, however young people attending should either have a diagnosis of ASD only.
Run video games, music, chill-out areas, activities, walks, different each week and interact.No need to mask. Trips are on. The group is free to attend, with an option to buy from the tuck shop. Cash only-Tuck shop for sweets and drinks available on site.
