Addressing the Mayor
The correct form of address for the current Mayor is ‘The Worshipful the Mayor of Blackpool, Councillor Peter Hunter' and where appropriate ‘The Worshipful the Mayor of Blackpool, Councillor Peter Hunter and Mayoress Anne-Marie Hunter'. After formal introductions, speakers should refer to the Mayor as ‘Mr Mayor’.
